Here you can see the bits of pylon inside the ESB substation at Rafeen .. ready to go.. OR NOT !
 

This is the sub-station itself - where all the preparations for the overhead line are taking place.

These signs were updated recently from 100,000 to 220,000
In readyiness for the overhead 220kV line.

The ESB have decided to "landscape the sub station" - or could they be security guards ??
A bit like planting daisies around Sellafield really !

This is one of the lock-ons over the tunnels on one of the proposed pylon sites.
